
Wednesday Club enhances elderly well-being through various activities. With a year-round program consisting of 48 weekly sessions, each lasting 5 hours, we provide consistent engagement.
Our activities include
- Entertainment provided by external providers such as local schools and entertainers
- Physical exercise including dancing
- Music therapy
- Crafting
- Bingo
- Quiz
- Board games
The activities are designed to encourage teamwork and social interaction, stimulate mental/physical activity, and improve mood and ability. We ensure that the activities are enjoyable and provide a sense of achievement. Through these efforts, the Wednesday Club aims to keep elderly individuals healthy, independent, and socially engaged, improving their quality of life and addressing loneliness and social isolation.

Our Activities
Our day is divided into three parts: a morning session, lunchtime, and an afternoon session.
- Morning Session (10:00 – 12:00):
We start the day with engaging activities like yoga and quizzes to get everyone moving and smiling. - Lunchtime (12:00 – 13:00):
We serve a delicious hot lunch, freshly cooked on site, offering a warm and welcoming mealtime for all. - Afternoon Session (13:00 – 15:00):
Afternoons are filled with entertainment and creativity – from live music and crafts to visits from interesting guest speakers.
